JetCharterHQ is an information directory. We are not an air operator or a broker, we do not sell flights, and we are not a party to any booking you make with a charter company.
Prices and information
Prices on this site are published by the companies named beside them, on the basis and date shown. They are not quotes, change without notice, and may not include airport fees, positioning, catering, crew costs or GST. Always get a written quote from the company that will fly you.
Certificate status comes from our search of CASA's public register on the date shown. Check the operator yourself before you pay, as described in how to book a private jet. Nothing on this site is financial, tax or legal advice.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we pass it to the relevant company as described in our privacy policy. Any quote, booking, payment, cancellation or refund is between you and that company, on its terms.
Listings and payment
Companies can pay to be featured, which can affect where they appear. Payment never changes a published price or what we say about certificate status.
Liability
We take care to publish accurate information, but we do not guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from dealings with any listed company. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
