What we collect when you send an enquiry, who we pass it to, and how to see or change it. Last updated 28 September 2026.
Who we are
JetCharterHQ is a directory of Australian private jet charter companies. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or quote request we collect your name, email address, phone number, the flight details you enter, and any notes. When you ask to hear about empty leg alerts we collect your email address and the city you chose. Our servers also record technical details such as your IP address and browser, which we use to stop spam.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to pass your request to the charter company you chose, or to companies that fly your route if you sent a general request, and to reply to you about it. We use an alert email address only to tell you about empty legs from that city, every email will include a way to stop them, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Who we pass it to
Your enquiry goes to the company named on the page you sent it from, or, for a general request, to the companies we match it with. Once they have it, their own privacy policy applies.
We also use service providers to run the site: Vercel hosts it, Supabase stores enquiries in its Sydney data centre, Resend sends our emails, and each enquiry is also emailed to our own inbox, which Google hosts. Some of these providers may process data outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up and deal with any questions about them. A monthly job then deletes them from our database, and we delete the matching emails. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email hello@jetcharterhq.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
